Did you know that during the height of the housing crisis; home value losses to foreclosed homes and neighboring homes totaled a minimum of $632 billion and up to $1 trillion in our county and surrounding communities?   \nStudies show that pre-purchase counseling can help reduce the likelihood of default and foreclosure by helping individuals determine if they are ready for homeownership\, and by connecting them with safer and more affordable mortgage products. SUMMARY:Bacon for Bacon\, a Pig Roast Fundraiser for the Bacon Homestead at Pinnacles National Park
DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Saturday\, April 11 for Bacon for Bacon\, a Pig Roast Fundraiser benefitting improvements to the historic Bacon Homestead at Pinnacles National Park. Tickets are just $20 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under.  The ticket price includes a history talk and walk to the homestead at 4 PM\, dinner\, and live music.  Our delicious local menu includes locally raised pork from James Ranch\, local fruits and veggies from Pinnacle Organic\, Cesar salad from Taylor Farms\, beans donated by Richard Neidhardt\, tortillas from Mission Foodservice\, HazMat Hot Sauce from Hollister\, garlic bread\, and cookies. \nAll proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit improvements to the Bacon Homestead.  The improvements are part of a multi-phased project estimated at $200\,000.  Early phases will include an informational brochure and wayside signs marking a trail to the homestead.  We hope you will join us and support improvements to YOUR National Park!  Visit www.pinnaclespartnership.org for more information on who we are\, what we do\, and how you can become a member.  Buy event tickets online at www.pinnaclespartnership.org/donate \n
