Dreams & Visions Community Economic Development, Inc. (DVCED) is inviting all first-time homebuyers, and those who have not owned a home for the past three years, to our 1st Homebuyer Education Workshop of the year. The event is intended to help participants confidently purchase their first home by understanding the homebuying process. Our Homeownership Specialist and representatives from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will explain their role in helping you purchase a home. Additionally, experts will explain the down-payment assistance programs and first-time homebuyer mortgages that may help lessen the financial burdens of purchasing a home. This event will give families an appropriate platform to meet with lenders and industry experts as they move forward in the home buying process.
