For more than four decades\, it has drawn participants from across California and beyond for a day that blends athletic challenge\, local scenery\, and a strong commitment to giving back. \nA Scenic Race with Options for Every Runner \nAll races begin and end at Mission Plaza\, directly in front of the historic San Juan Mission. From there\, participants travel through rural farmland and the rolling Anzar Hills\, creating a course that highlights the natural beauty of San Benito County. \nParticipants can choose from four race distances: \n\nHalf Marathon – A USATF-certified course and popular spring marathon training run\n10-Mile Race – A scenic challenge with gentle hills\n5K Run/Walk – A flat\, fast\, and accessible option for all ages\nKids 1-Mile Fun Run – A family-friendly event for young runners\n\nRace-day registration and bib pickup begin at 7:15 a.m. at Mission Plaza\, located at 406 2nd Street in San Juan Bautista. \nAll registered participants receive a long-sleeve dri-tech shirt and a finisher medal.
