DESCRIPTION:Hollister's Boy Scout Troop 436 and San Juan Bautista's Troop 428 will be providing curbside pick-up service for Christmas trees. The troops are asking for an $8 donation. All trees are recycled. \n  \nSunday\, January 1st \nSaturday\, January 7th \nSunday\, January 8th \n  \nOn the pick-up dates\, please leave your tree visible at the curb by 9:00 a.m.\, stripped of all decorations and stands. Trees do not need to be cut in sections. We accept flocked trees. Donations can be left under the doormat. Both cities are served twice on each pick-up date between 9 am and 2 pm. No need to call to give us an address unless you have special instructions. SUMMARY:Hollister Boy Scout Troop 436 Christmas Tree Pick Up
DESCRIPTION:Hollister's Boy Scout Troop 436 and San Juan Bautista's Troop 428 will be providing curbside pick-up service for Christmas trees. The troops are asking for an $8 donation. All trees are recycled. \n  \nSunday\, January 1st \nSaturday\, January 7th \nSunday\, January 8th \n  \nOn the pick-up dates\, please leave your tree visible at the curb by 9:00 a.m.\, stripped of all decorations and stands. Trees do not need to be cut in sections. We accept flocked trees. Donations can be left under the doormat. Both cities are served twice on each pick-up date between 9 am and 2 pm. No need to call to give us an address unless you have special instructions. Please call for special pick-ups outside the city limits. \nOn the pick-up dates\, we will also have drop sites available at Veteran's Memorial Park\, and at the San Juan Bautista Scout House. \nFor Hollister trees\, please make checks payable to BSA Troop 436. For San Juan Bautista trees\, please make checks payable to BSA Troop 428. Donations can also be mailed to: BSA Troop 436\, 1760-F Airline Hwy PMB#141\,  Hollister\, CA 95023. SUMMARY:City of San Juan Bautista Strategic Planning Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Objective of the Strategic Planning Committee is to develop a Strategic Plan for the implementation of the General Plan of the City of San Juan Bautista.  We advise and assist the City Council in the implementation of the General Plan.  The Strategic Plan is a guide to implementing the General Plan. \nThe Committee is divided into sub-committees. The sub-committees receive input from the community\, research ideas and help the City Council put those plans into action. \nThe committees are\, \nHistoric Preservation & Community Design Sub-Committee\nBusiness Development and Tourism\nArts\, Culture\, Recreation & Wellness\nGovernment & Communications\nAgriculture Environment & Land Use\nYouth\nVision-Mission Statements \nMembership on the Strategic Plan Committee shall be representative of the entire community insofar as that is possible in order to provide a broad and all-inclusive vision of the community. \nMembers of the Strategic Plan Committee are appointed by the City Council of the City of San Juan Bautista.

DESCRIPTION:Please check the meeting schedule for the location of each meeting which may vary from building to building to accommodate campus repairs underway and to adhere to the long-standing practice of conducting board meetings at each of Gavilan's sites (Gilroy\, Morgan Hill\, Hollister\, and now Coyote Valley). \n https://www.gavilan.edu/administration/board/schedule.php \nThe Gavilan Joint Community College District Board of Trustees is responsible for setting policy for the District. Registered voters in geographical divisions elect the seven Board members for four-year terms. The public is welcome to address the Board on particular agenda items and may do so at the time it is presented. Individuals wishing to address the Board on a non-agenda item may do so during the Citizens' Interim. However\, no action may be taken on an item which is not on the agenda. Individuals wishing to have an item appear on the agenda must submit the item in writing to the Superintendent/President two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled meeting. The Board President and Superintendent/President will determine what items will be included in the agendas.
