SUMMARY:12 O'Clock High Leadership Training Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Through his years of helping everyone from small business owners to Fortune 500 CEOs\, leadership management and development specialist Jim White\, PhD has always understood the important role that leadership plays not just in the success of businesses\, but in the success of communities. \nHe understands the great need for people with vision to be active in their communities — to serve as problem solvers and creative thinkers\, to shake things up\, and help engage the community just as they would within their businesses. \nJim recognizes that in doing so we improve ourselves as well\, becoming more mindful leaders that practice both compassion and empathy in our roles. Most importantly\, leading with compassion helps instill trust\, which in turn increases your ability as a leader to influence the attitudes and beliefs of others and get people to really listen to your message. \nJim has helped hundreds of people and their businesses to achieve long-term sustainable success with measurable results in increased revenue\, earnings and cash flow. But as important as measurable results are\, Jim has never lost sight of the need for leaders to define themselves by their actions and to create an environment where they inspire and enable those around them so that everyone can work together to collectively and effectively succeed and grow. \nIt is with this in mind\, and with inspiration from recent 12 O’Clock High graduates Jim\, Mari\, Philip and Brian Rossi of B&R Farms of Hollister\, that Jim has made the decision to extend his support through a monetary donation to the Community Foundation for San Benito County. \nThe Rossi family has been involved with the Community Foundation for years and Mari was even recently recognized for her leadership in the community as the 2012 Ag Woman of the Year for Monterey\, Santa Cruz and San Benito counties. When they introduced Jim to the Community Foundation for San Benito\, as a firm believer in giving back to his community\, he immediately embraced the opportunity to support them by deciding to donate 10% of all proceeds from his upcoming 12 O’Clock High Leadership Program on December 18\, 2014. The donation will help further the efforts of nonprofit San Benito County Community Grant Fund at the Community Foundation for San Benito County. \nBy attending Jim’s 12 O’Clock High seminar you will be supporting your local community’s leadership\, bringing people and organizations together and convening diverse voices to address local issues and opportunities ranging from human services\, education\, and the environment to health care\, the arts\, and economic development. \nIn his exciting\, high energy 12 O’Clock High Leadership Program\, Jim focuses on developing the complete person as a leader\, underscoring the benefits of taking the time to recharge\, reenergize\, and refocus your personal and professional strategies for success so that you may maximize all of your strengths while contributing to organizational goals \nDuring the program\, Jim uses scenes from the Hollywood classic film 12 O’Clock High to examine leadership\, management styles\, communication\, productivity\, and effective strategizing within an organization. The truly transformative three-step process also includes a pre-workshop SWOT analysis and DISC report followed by 30 days of free group coaching\, web casts and teleseminars as well as individual coaching and support via email directly from Jim. \nHis goal is to help you develop a culture of leadership that creates an environment that will support your company’s vision and mission as well as your own personal goals by becoming a better decision-maker and learning how to streamline efforts\, add value in tough markets\, and ensure profit-driven activity throughout your organization. \nJim White’s 12 O’Clock High Leadership Program will be held at the San Juan Oaks Golf Club in Hollister\, California on December 18\, 2014 from 8am to 6pm. The cost of the program is $1250 per person\, 10% of which will be donated to The Community Foundation for San Benito County. All course materials\, a continental breakfast and lunch are included in the cost. For more information or to register\, visit www.12high.com. \nThe Community Foundation for San Benito County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a stronger community and enhancing the quality of life in San Benito County through philanthropy\, by serving as a bridge between donors in the community and the institutions whose collective mission is to improve the quality of life for everyone. For more information visit their website at www.cffsbc.org. \nWhat people are saying about 12 O’Clock High: \n“First of all\, a HUGE 'thank you'. I truly appreciate your knowledge and concern for each of us individually\, as well as the whole group.”  Tamra Koll\, Creative Design \n“Jim’s program is intense\, challenging\, and ultimately transformational. The results are in the bottom line. Our revenues have already increased by 30%… This was the missing piece to our long-term success.” Christine O. Breen\, Breen Law Firm \n  \n“You are amazing! Thank you!” Mari Rossi\, B&R Farms
