Beth is a comedy by the writer trio Jessie Jones\, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten. Featuring local actors\, this comic romp about marriage is sure to make you laugh. Career-driven Suzannah Hayden needs a lot more help on the home front than she’s getting from her husband\, Gibby. Nurturing his marriage hasn’t been the highest priority for Gibby lately\, but soon he’ll wish it had been. Enter Beth Bailey\, Suzannah’s newly hired assistant\, a gregarious\, highly motivated daughter of the South. To Suzannah’s delight\, Beth explodes into the Hayden household and whips it into an organized\, well-run machine. Suzannah gives Beth carte blanche to change anything in the household that “will make it run more efficiently.” And the change Beth makes is convincing Suzannah that Gibby must go! \nThe Stage Company is excited be able to perform the comedy at the Veterans Hall. In order for the underground to reach supremacy as a unified crime faction\, crime bosses from Atlantic City\, New York City and Chicago have agreed to establish The Commission during a gathering known as the Atlantic City Conference. The Commission is set to be a governing body that will oversee all mob organizations in the country. Various opinions have been made known on how The Commission should be run\, and who will be the boss of all bosses. Some high ranking officials are adamantly against the idea\, which has led to preemptive hostility. Nonetheless\, the crime bosses have agreed to conduct themselves with integrity at the conference. Nuggy Jones from Atlantic City has agreed to host the conference at his residence and place of business\, the Karlton Ritz Hotel on the Boardwalk. Mobsters from the biggest families will be arriving in Atlantic City very soon.

DESCRIPTION:We will be planting a trellis using string of hearts\, string of arrows and string of dolphins. You will learn how to propagate the plants and weave them on the trellis. There are two sizes. $25 and $30 will include the plants\, the trellis (many to choose from) and a colorful plastic pot. We will have other container options on site if you want to upgrade. DESCRIPTION:Join the Central Coast Prescribed Burn Association (calpba.org) and the\nSan Benito Resource Conservation District (rcdsanbenito.org) for a workshop and demonstration of how to safely build and burn vegetation piles. Residential pile burning is an important tool for homeowners and creating defensible space in the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI). Pile burning is also a useful tool for large landowners who want to manage vegetation. We will review aspects of pile burning covered during the Part I webinar in January: building the pile\, necessary permits\, and safety. We will also discuss the basics of defensible space and ways to create it with care for our coastal California ecology. Then\, we’ll provide hands on experience burning piles.
