DESCRIPTION:The public is invited to attend “Pioneer Day” at the Historical  Park a few miles south of Tres Pinos. Regardless of how long you have lived in San Benito County or if you are even a member of the Historical Society\, everyone is invited to come out to the park and share their family history.  \nThe social hour will begin at 11:00 am. The barbecue will be fired up and ready for you to cook your own meat\, so be sure to bring your favorite. Also bring a side dish or salad to share with everyone. \nThis is a picnic so bring your own dinnerware\, tablecloth\, etc. and drinks.  \nAfter eating\, there will be a short program in the old Willow Creek School House. All buildings in the Historic Village will be open for touring.

We support songwriters of all genres…not just country music. \nThe meeting is  Saturday 7/27 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm. \n(Non NSAI members can attend a couple of meetings without becoming members.) \nWe each bring in our work in progress\, either play it live or bring a recording\, and then critique each others work.  We also discuss the business side of songwriting and other opportunities. It’s an informative \, supportive environment. I always come back home inspired!
