PAINT SAN JUAN:
3rd Annual Plein Air Paint Festival and Exhibition

This year's third Paint San Juan plein air paint festival and exhibit is being held at the end of August/beginning of September in Historic Downtown San Juan Bautista.

Exhibit Timeline

Plein Air Exhibit: September 7 – November 10, 2013
Reception: Saturday, September 7 1-4pm

Hours: Tuesday-Sunday 1-4pm

Jurors

Gayle Sleznick, talented watercolor artist, grew up in and lived most of her life in our beautiful National Parks. Her watercolor paintings often depict National Park scenery and many rest in collections all over our nation, Sleznick will select the award selection of works.

Artist Timeline

San Juan Historical Society has historical activities and costumed docents the first Saturday of each month. Artists may enjoy painting on these days prior to the event.

This is a benefit to support the educational objectives of the Monterey Bay Plein Air Painters Association a non-profit organization that works to foster the understanding and appreciation of plein air painting and its place in the history and current culture of our communities.
