On Friday, February 21 at 2:00 p.m.., CHISPA will hold a grand opening and tour of the new
Sunrise Senior Apartments at 580 Westside Boulevard in the City of Hollister.
Sunrise Senior Apartments has 49 one-bedroom apartments and provides for residents’ use a community
room, a computer room, an outdoor patio, and a fitness room.
The building is all-electric.  The development is highly energy efficient; solar panels on the roof generate power for the common areas. Electricity is purchased from Monterey Bay Community Power.
