January 17, 7-9 pm, the first session of a course for those who are in the process of writing a book or thinking about it. The course, So Your Want to Publish, is 6 weekly sessions. Session 1 focuses on the scary unknowns (as well as the scary traps and scams) and the real opportunities that are available: "What You Need to Know But Have Trouble Finding Out." There is a $20 fee for the session; it includes a free booklet, "Preparing to Publish a Book: What Every Author/Memorialist Should Know."
