Live To Cycle Fitness is excited to celebrate our seventh year in business in Hollister, CA.
We offer official spinning classes, personal training and fitness bootcamps. We are located at 193 McCray St #304 in Hollister.
Open since 2011, we have had the pleasure to help hundreds of Hollister residents (and a few who drive in from out of town) with their fitness journeys. Along the way we have made amazing new friends and have created a growing and amazing fitness family.
A little about us: Live to Cycle Fitness is owned by Carolyn and Erik Homan. Both are Certified AFAA Personal Trainers and Official Spinning Instructors. Carolyn is also an AFAA Certified Group Instructor, Tabata Bootcamp Trainer and a Running Trainer. For you multi-sport athletes, Erik also offers triathlon coaching. Most recently, we have created a running club called “Born to Run.” This club is an amazing way to train for a half-marathon and we have begun training now for the Mission 10 Half scheduled on Jan. 26, 2019 in San Juan Bautista. Join us!!
At Live to Cycle Fitness, our mission and goal is to give your exercise more purpose and help you maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life. We will help you strive for progress, not perfection and we understand that fitness is not a destination, but a way of life. We specialize in understanding our client's fitness goals and we build programs with passion and care to help you achieve them.
Erik and Carolyn have dedicated themselves to help others achieve their fitness goals, experience amazing results and more importantly, create a lifestyle that will lead to living a long independent life. Whether you are just beginning your Fitness Journey or are an Elite Athlete, we work with all fitness levels and demographics. We look forward to meeting you and taking your life to new levels.
