San Benito Realty

BenitoLink sponsors help keep news and information available to our community. With this new feature, we honor the folks who help keep San Benito County residents well-informed.

BenitoLink welcomes readers to one of our sponsors, a longtime, established local business owned and operated by the Brigantino family called San Benito Realty.  The Sponsor Highlight section introduces you to the people behind businesses in our community. Our sponsors are individuals who are proactive, choosing to support local news and information for the whole community's benefit.

“I read BenitoLink because it keeps me informed on what is happening in our community,” said Michael Brigantino, broker associate at San Benito Realty, Inc.

Sales Associate Gianna Brigantino said she likes BenitoLink because, “I get to read people's opinions on different topics around our community.”

“I read BenitoLink because they are up to date on all the local politics and events. It’s a well put together website that's easy to navigate and read past articles,” adds John Brigantino, broker associate.

Ralph Brigantino started San Benito Realty in 1959 after realizing the need for a real estate broker that specialized in agricultural and ranch properties. Ralph’s sons Dave and John Brigantino then took over the business in the 1980's and have owned and operated it ever since. Today they sell all types of real estate properties including residential, commercial, and industrial properties along with ranches and farms. The third generation of family members started to work for San Benito Realty when Dave’s son Michael joined the firm in 2012 and John’s daughter Gianna joined in 2017.

“Growing up and raising my own family in San Benito County has been a great experience," said Dave Brigantino (in photo with son, Michael and client).  “San Benito County is a great place to live and we want to help our clients create a life here.”

As a locally grown family business, San Benito Realty shows their support and commitment to their community in many ways. “We love what we do and being one of the oldest real estate firms in San Benito County, we have a strong network,” said John Brigantino. Volunteering and cooking great food for local nonprofits are just a few of the contributions the family is known for.

Sponsors such as San Benito Realty help keep all our county residents informed by providing funding for ongoing coverage of politics and government, history, profiles and investigative topics. I have seen first hand the generosity of this family. First at Sacred Heart School and then at Hollister FFA. I am sure there is much more I am not aware of.  Thanks to all of you and God Bless your family.

From an old friend.
