Here I sit during the intermission for San Benito Stage Company's production of Les Miserables. The stage company has transformed the humble stage of the San Benito High School into 1815 Paris and what a performance! Last night was Opening Night and I attended the opening, but I had to come again tonight. It is really that good. I have seen other performances of this stage company. ..all good. Now, I have to say that the stage company has really come of age. The music and performances and songs are all rousing, emotional, and just plain great musical theater. Get your tickets before they sell out. Word is going to get around. Well done, San Benito Stage Company.
