Passed Away On: April 5, 2021

Adolfo Davila Jr. passed away suddenly on Monday, April 5, 2021 at the age of 28. He earned his angel wings and secured his place in Heaven. Junior was born on August 14th in Fresno, California and raised in Hollister. He was educated at Spring Grove Elementary School, San Benito High School and attended Fresno City College. Junior was a CCS Champion for San Benito High School. Junior also went on to place 3rd in the 2011 CCCAA State Championships for the Fresno City College Rams. Junior was a member of the historic FCC 2011 State Championship team. Junior was also a fighter at Private Stock Gym trained by Clint Coronel. In 2019, he won the first place metal in the NAGA North American Grappling Association Tournament. Junior won so many medals and earned so many titles in his short 28 years. He was a Champion! Junior worked in the construction trade and was a member of the Drywall Lathers Local Union 9144.

Junior was a dedicated father first and foremost. He treasured his son and embraced every moment with him. He also had an enormous amount of love for his French Bulldog Billie Bae. Junior had a vivacious personality and always made people around him laugh. Junior was fearless, talented and very compassionate. He made friends everywhere he went.

He is the loving & devoted father of Ryker James Davila of Hollister. Cherished son of Mona Beltran Sanchez and Adolfo Davila Sr. Loving brother of Anthony, Cynthia, Andrew, Celeste, Aspen Davila, Cheree Ashley and Isaac Davila-Navarette. Adored grandson of Hope Beltran and Elida Davila. Also lovingly survived by his Stepdad Mario Sanchez, Tia Pepper, Tio Mike Soto and Nino Michael Beltran. Junior will forever be remembered by all his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and dear friends. Junior is preceded in death by his beloved Grandpa’s Isidro Beltran and Ruben Davila, Uncle Foster Davila Sr., and great friend Michael Solorio.

Junior was known for his love of running, music, sports, especially wrestling and MMA fighting. He was a loyal fan of the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, San Jose Sharks and both the Golden State Warriors and Chicago Bulls. He truly loved all his body art and always looked forward to getting more. He also enjoyed boxing in his gym and hanging out with his family and friends.
Junior would like to let you know that on Monday, April 5th, his work here was done. He received a call from Jesus, a sort of an offer you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which he will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends he has not seen in a long time. Job security is exactly 110 percent. His new mission takes him to a wonderful place where he will be socializing, dancing, wrestling and running to his heart’s content. Music, laughter and love are guaranteed. Food is delicious and you never gain an ounce. He left detailed instructions for his family to celebrate his mission here, which has now been completed.

The service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021 in Bonnie’s Barn at Swank Farms, 4751 Pacheco Pass Hwy in Hollister. Reception following the service. A private family interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
