Grace Agnes Gould was born on September 17, 1918 in Fowler, California to Nigogas and Hranoush Bagdasarian. She passed away on October 12, 2022. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank F. Gould and daughter Barbara L Bishop. She is survived by her daughter G.G. (Gus) Uccello of Hollister, grandchildren, Joseph Uccello (yuan) of Seattle, Stephen Uccello (Kathy) of Salinas, Lisa Lumbreras (Leo) of Laguna Hills. California and Merrigrace Montoya of Dublin, Ohio.
Grace was raised in Fowler and graduated from Fresno State College where she met her future husband Frank Gould in the marching band. They married in 1942 while Frank was in the Army (receiving the Silver Star during the war) then Auburn where he was in the veterans’ hospital due to war injuries. They moved to Hollister in 1946 where Frank set up an accounting and tax business. Grace was an active 75-year member of the Order of Eastern Star, Athena Chapter, eventually holding the office of Grand Treasurer of California in 1973. She was an independent active person, driving and renewing her driver’s license at age 100. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.
