Passed Away On: November 18, 2019
James Russell Williams aka “Russ”, “Big Russ”, Russell the Love Muscle”, “Dad”, “Grandpa”, “Papa” and Everyone’s “Favorite Uncle”, age 69, passed away at his home on Monday, November 18, 2019. Russ was born on March 8, 1950 to Phyllis and Ted. He served in the Army from 1967-1973 and a decorated Vietnam Veteran. Russ retired from PG&E after 35 years of service. Russ loved his family, friends, motorcycles (Harley Davidsons to be exact), and chatting it up with the locals in Maui. Russ was loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Rebecca “Becky” Williams, daughter, Chyrl Williams, son, T. J. Williams, grandson, James Williams, great granddaughter, Havanna Grace Williams, his sisters, Chyrl Lafferty and Patricia Nemit, his many brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home.
