Passed Away On: January 19, 2020
Leonardo V. Espinoza passed away at his Hollister home at the age of 83. He was born in Michoacan, Mexico and lived in San Benito County for over 60 years. He married his wife, Martha, in 1985 in Reno, Nevada and worked in fabrication for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Martha, of Hollister, his children, James Espinoza of San Jose, Leonard Espinoza Jr. (Loretta) of Hollister, Tiney Espinoza Reiter ( Ryan Reiter) of Culver City and Rosalinda Espinoza (“J” Oscar Centeno) of Sacramento, his brothers and sisters, Crispin Espinosa of Stockton, Raul Espinosa of Washington State, Connie Espinosa of Gilroy, Ofelia Orabuena of Hollister, Jose Espinosa of Hollister and Sylvia Espinosa of Oakland. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Joshua, Janelle, James, Jon, Faith, Ezabelle, Marisa, Evan, Luna and Kaden Kai and his great grandchildren, Emily, Joshua, Andrew and Sabrina.
He is preceded in death by his son, Leo Espinoza and two sisters, Vicky Espinosa and Teresa Espinosa.
The Rosary and Mass will be on Friday, January 24, 2020, at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church. Cremation will follow the Mass.
Friends can pay their respects from 9:00 AM until 10:45 a.m at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. A procession to the church will follow the viewing time.
