Michele Louise McGee Krone passed away in her home on June 8 in Paicines, CA. Beloved partner of Russell W. Dotson, aunt to Marc C. Dougherty and Craig S. Dougherty of New Orleans, LA. She is preceded in death by: her parents, the late Joseph Russell McGee and Marguerite Marie Louise La Liberte McGee and her sister Mary Valerie McGee Dougherty and their brother, Denis McGee.
She was born in Chicago, IL., graduated Evanston Township High School, attend United Airlines Stewardess school and flew out of SFO with UAL into the late 80’s. She became a Burger King Franchisee, owning six restaurants.
Her passion was animals and moved onto a large ranch in San Benito County in 1998.
She will be laid to rest in Calvary Sacred Heart Cemetery with a private graveside service.
Her family and friends will host a “Celebration of Life” at her “Oak Hill Ranch.” 2038 Old Airline Hwy. in Paicines on June 30 at 4:00 PM. Friends are invited to attend.
