Passed Away On: 06/15/2019

Nicholas Karl Brown passed away in Hollister at the age of 64. He was born in Hinsdale, IL and lived in Hollister for the past 6 years having lived in the Chicago, IL area until 2006 when he moved to California. He graduated with a bachelors degree in Art from Eastern Illinois University, liked BMW motorcycles, doing artwork, worked at preventing fracking and promoted Universal Care health insurance. He was self employed in video editing and enjoyed photography.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Michael Brown of Fox Lake, IL, Stephen Brown of Caldwell, ID, Kenneth Brown (Beverly) of LaGrange Highlands, IL, Carletta Vanderbilt (Burton) of Bellingham, WA and Elizabeth Watson (Gregory) of Arlington Heights, IL. He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth M Brown and Eleanor A. Brown and a nephew, David Brown.
A celebration of his life will be on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home in Hollister.
There will be a memorial in the Chicago area; date and location and time will be annouced later at this site.
Cremation will be followed by inurnment in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Ft. Atkinson, WI.
