Local veterans will receive a free breakfast while San Benito LULAC recognizes US Army Vietnam veterans including Jim Gibson, Adam Mendolla, and Ralph Marquez from San Juan Bautista.
Honorees will be presented with recognitions from Congressman Jimmy Panetta, State Senator Anna Caballero, San Benito LULAC President Richard Perez, and San Benito LULAC Veterans Committee Chair Vince Luna.
San Benito LULAC is humbled by the bravery and courage of the veterans in our community and in our country. Every year when we celebrate Veterans Day on Nov. 11, we are reminded to thank our family, friends, and community members. Our veterans and their families have made many sacrifices to keep our country safe. We strongly encourage everyone to think of our veterans not only on Veterans Day, but year-round.
