The administrative department of Community Bridges is now in Watsonville! We are located in downtown Watsonville at 519 Main Street joining our family of programs, WIC and La Manzana. Community Bridges (Puentes de la Comunidad) is a non-profit organization with ten programs and 20 different sites throughout Santa Cruz County serving thousands of local children, families and seniors each year. Our mission is to deliver essential services, provide equitable access to resources, and advocate for health and dignity across every stage of life.
