Election 2018: Updated Results

The latest results in state and local races.

This article was updated with new vote tallies on 11/17/18 at 8:38 a.m.

Though it's already been a week since the initial results of the Nov. 6 election, ballots are still being counted by the local elections office.

The following local results of the November 6, 2018 election are from the San Benito County Registrar of Voters and can be seen here: http://sbcvote.us/registrar-of-voters/results-november-2018/. This update includes new information and vote tallies from Tuesday, Nov. 13.

Please note that Measure X is voted on by San Benito County and Santa Clara County residents and the tally will include both. You can see more from the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters here: https://www.sccgov.org/sites/rov/Pages/Registrar-of-Voters.aspx

Dear San Benito County Voters,

The Department of Election is still conducting the Official Canvass (Audit) of the Election which is available for the public to observer.  Our next release of results will be shortly after 5:00 pm today.  Our final certification is scheduled for the week of November 26th, after the Official Canvass and 1% mandatory manual recount is completed.  Thank you to all our volunteers who make it possible.
