John Ross Mortela passed away at his Hollister residence on September 5th, 2017 at the age of 80 years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 15th at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
On Saturday, September 16th, family and friends will meet at Mission San Juan Bautista at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of the Resurrection. The Mass will be followed by full military honors. Interment will be private.
