Passed Away On: September 22, 2020
Anneliese Williams passed away at her Hollister home at the age of 92. She was born in Germany and came to Hollister in 1956. She came to the USA in 1929 and was raised in Oakland, She was a medical secretary/transcriber since 1956 working for Drs. Currie and Reza Neil and Quinn. She also worked at San Benito High School in the secretarial Center for 10 years before retiring in 1988. She was past president of German Elmhurst Hermmansohns Lodge in Hayward, held many offices and past president of Hollister VFW Aux. 9242, Hollister Business and Professional Womens Club. She was active the Hollister United Methodist Church and was the financial secretary for many years and past president of the Pat Riddell Circle.
She is survived by her children, Kurt Williams (Susan) of Fresno, Kreig Williams (Ginny) of Lodi, Karen Kimmelshue (Dax) of Durham, CA. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive and she is preceded in death by her husband, Keith, her parents, Fritz and Helene Stuber and her sister Gretchen Ogden.
Private cremation is being followed by burial at sea with her husband, Keith.
