Louise Virginia Will Hunsaker, 95, of Cabot, entered into peace January 21, 2021.
She was born April 1, 1925 in Jennings Lodge, Oregon to the late Louis Cowl and Hattie May (Snoderly) Will. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Hunsaker and sister, Barbara Boone.
Louise married Duane Hunsaker in 1946. He was a church organist and she played the piano. Their mission was to be church musicians in churches that needed them. As Christians, they shared that lifelong purpose.
Louise worked various jobs over her lifetime including being a social worker for the State of Oregon and an elementary school teacher in Hollister, California for twenty years. She also volunteered for Prison Missions Association for over twenty years as a Bible lessons corrector.
Leaving behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Melodee Taylor (Dan) from Aspers, Pennsylvania and Honey Sue (Jim) Cashion of Cabot, Arkansas; grandsons, Benjamin (Lindsey) Cashion of Cabot and Adam (Liz) Taylor of Eugene, Oregon; great-grandchildren, Alysia, Zeta, Emsley and Everette and brothers, Leonard Will of Klamath Falls, Oregon and Ted Will of Corvallis, Oregon.
The family would like to thank Arkansas Hospice for helping with extended care in these last months. They were a tremendous help to us during this time.
Graveside services will be 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock with Pastor Charles Hawkins officiating.
