Vaida Gansberger passed away on July 15, 2022 in Hollister at the age of 94. She was born on March 10, 1928, in San Jose, California to John and Elsie Laveroni.
She married her husband, Arnold “Shorty” Gansberger, in Reno, Nevada in 1946. She was an avid RV traveler and was involved in 4-H.
Vaida is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Shiela and David Ames of Hollister, her grandchildren, Ryan Goularte, Mark Goularte, Matt Goularte, Lisa Ames, and Bonnie Garcia, and numerous great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter Donna Goularte and husband, Arnold “Shorty” Gansberger.
Donations are preferred to a charity of choice. At her request, there will be no services.
