DESCRIPTION:The Hospital Foundation invites you to support their new campaign and celebrate the generosity of our community. We are seeking sponsorships for the Annual Dinner Dance to be held on Saturday\, November 9\, at the San Juan Oaks Golf Club. Join the foundation to raise funds for the “Mabie Makeover” while enjoying an elegant and charming evening. Proceeds will be used to “add a little more sparkle to our 5-star Skilled Nursing Facilities\,” starting with the entry and lobby to Northside. \nThe annual Hazel Hawkins Hospital Foundation Dinner Dance is their primary donor recognition and fundraising event of the year. The goal this year is to raise $100\,000 for the Mabie project. \nBrittany Nielsen\, News Anchor for KSBW Action News 8\, will once again be the emcee. \nDuring the event\, Jeanette and Jack Murphy will be honored as Donors of the Year for their generous giving to Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital and the Foundation. Stevens Diversified Pharmacy Management will be honored as business Donor of the Year for their continuous support.
