The City of Hollister announced today that City Manager David Mirrone has accepted employment with another public agency and will conclude his service to the City on September 21, 2025. During his tenure, Mr. Mirrione has successfully guided the City through significant budgetary challenges, overseen the recruitment of key department directors who have advanced best practices in municipal operations, and implemented strategies designed to strengthen the City’s long-term financial stability.
“It has been a true pleasure to work with such a committed, hardworking and skilled City Manager as David Mirrione. I would like to thank him for his leadership throughout his three years and in achieving major goals that benefit the Hollister community members especially in assisting with bringing back the 2025 Hollister Independence Biker Rally. I wish him much success in his future endeavors,” said Mayor Stephens.
“It has been a true honor to serve the community in which I was raised for the past three years,” said Mr. Mirrione. “I am deeply proud of the accomplishments achieved in partnership with the City Council and our dedicated staff. It has been especially rewarding to work alongside such a hard-working and committed team who serve our community with excellence every day.”
