BenitoLink is a non-profit news site that was created to serve San Benito County residents.Your donation is what keeps BenitoLink going.

Before you begin, we suggest that you review and become familiar with our Terms of use.

Step 1: Choose Type Of Content You Want To Post

Article: An article can be a News item, a Feature story, or a Commentary or opinion piece. (We recommend writing your article in a Word format first, check for spelling and editing, save, copy and then paste into the BenitoLink form. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, civility is expected)

Letter: Let us know what you’re thinking through a letter. Letters are published on our Letters page.

Calendar Event: Publicize your event with our free calendar listings.

Bulletin Board Announcement: Do have a public service announcement that needs to reach the community? Post it here. All bulletin board items are posted on the bulletin board page; items are featured on the front page at the discretion of the editor.

Classified Ad: This is the place to announce your yard sale, sell your boat, car, bike, or whatever else you have in your garage. You will need to register for a BenitoLink account if you want to  post a photo in your listing.

Complete the registration process. After you have submitted the registration form, we will activate your account and publish your post as long as it meets our guidelines. You will receive an email when your account is activated. The email contains a one-time login link you can use to login and choose your password. After logging in, you can edit your post and add a photo. If you are having problems uploading, you may send your content to info@benitolink.com and we will help you get it uploaded.
