The Hollister Firefighters Association Local 3395 established a fund to support the flood victims of Lovers Lane. (Story originally published February 22nd) Money from this fund will be distributed, along with gift cards from Running Rooster and other restaurants in the area, at the end of March.
There are still several families that are not able to move back into their home and are in need of donations. The Firefighters Association fund will cover additional expenses including: clothing, animal feed, home and property repair tools, furniture, appliances, car cleaning and repair, and food.
Donations may be made by check or credit card; please make the check out to the CFFSBC and make a notation in the memo field: Lovers Lane Flood Victims.
