Hoodie Allen is a 26-year-old underrated rapper from Plainview, New York who has recently been moving up the charts in the music industry. He has had some great songs, such as “Cake Boy,” “Movie,” and “Make it Home.” He started writing lyrics when he was a child and when growing up would perform his songs at house parties. Allen has a knack for writing lyrics and I admire how he hasn't given up, despite all the hate about his music not being good and that he still continues to do what he loves.
He had previously released an album called “All American” in 2012 and it was a great album because everyone was waiting for so long to hear his new music. Now, Hoodie has finally released his new album “People Keep Talking,” abbreviated PKT. It was released on Oct. 14 for everyone to order and you definitely still can.
The new album has some great songs on it such as “Movie” and “Dumb for you.”All of the songs in his album are very well written and have a great tempo to them. It makes you want to get up and dance, and the album is all rap also including laidback songs. He’s put in a lot of work for this album because it has been in the process of making it for a long time. I suggest listening to his new album and even listening to the others as well.
I highly recommend people to listen to his album and become part of the “Hoodie Mob" because he is truly a great artist to listen to. The “Hoodie Mob” is his fan base where many fans of his music support him and listen to his music. Becoming part of the “Hoodie Mob” is simple because all you have to do is listen to his music and support him throughout his career.
The People Keep Talking tour is now launched and there are shows up until Dec. 30. He is amazing live and there will be no regretting going to one of his shows. Lena Sanchez, member of the Hoodie Mob said, “I’ve been a part of the Hoodie Mob for as long as I can remember." There is an upcoming concert Nov. 14 in San Francisco and another show Nov. 16 in Orange County. Be sure to go to one of his concerts and join the “Hoodie Mob.” Buy his merchandise and check out tour dates here.
