San Benito Agricultural Land Trust hike at Nyland Property

San Benito Agricultural Land Trust will host a family hike and volunteer work party at @trustforpublicland’s Nyland Property, led by SBALT, on Monday February 21 (Presidents’ Day Holiday) from 9:00 a.m. – noon.
The work party will involve cleanup around one of the structures and will be followed by a moderate hike through this beautiful rangeland.
The event is free, and all ages are welcome.
This 540-acre historical rangeland property is located south of Highway 156, across from the city of San Juan Bautista, and adjacent to the San Benito Agricultural Land Trust’s 520-acre Rancho Larios open space. It is not normally open to the public.
The hike and work party will be led by SBALT Executive Director Lynn Overtree and Board member Michael Reeves.
