The Hollister Downtown Association is proud to announce Hollister Certified Farmers’ Market sponsored by the San Benito Health Foundation is just a few days away. We are proud to be back again for the 37th year since the very first Farmers’ Market started in Downtown Hollister. There was so much success and excitement over last year’s return to San Benito Street that we are keeping the same layout and adding in the use of the Veterans Memorial Plaza this year.
The Farmers’ Market 2024 season will start on April 17 and run through Oct. 16 on every Wed. from 3 to 7 p.m. Please note we will not be having a Farmers’ Market on June 19, 2024, in observance of a Federal Holiday.
This year’s Farmers’ Market will feature several new local farmers making their debut at the Hollister Certified Farmers Market along with our long-time attending Farmers’, bringing with them an assortment of locally grown Certified Produce offering fresh fruits & vegetables. By popular demand the food court has grown adding more Food Trucks, more tents and carts. Our local craft and artisan vendors will also be showcasing their work in our Makers Market sections located at each end of the Market along with local community programs and business info booths. Make sure to also pay a visit to our local downtown businesses that will be open during the market, such as the downtown restaurants, bars, gift shops, hair salons and clothing stores.
All our live entertainment and activities will be set up on the Veteran’s Memorial Plaza this year. This year we are collaborating with the San Benito Arts Council to bring you more hands on activities to engage in while at the Farmers Market with your Friends and Family. Parking is always free and convenient at the Briggs Parking Structure.
