The $1.8 million facility will help prepare preschool children for elementary school.

When new impact fees go into effect in approximately 30 days, they will increase the cost of a single-family home from $46,708.78 to $59,983.35, a 28% jump. Fees will increase the cost of multi-family homes of two or more bedrooms will increase from $34,106.63 to $44,968.51, a 32% jump.
