NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 30, 2024, at 3:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the San Benito County Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 481 Fourth Street, Hollister, California, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Benito will hold a Public Meeting jointly with the San Benito County Planning Commission to discuss, prior to the release of the public draft, topics related to the 6th Cycle Housing Element Update 2023-2031, including but not limited to, an overview of the contents of the Housing Element Draft, the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA), candidate housing sites, efforts to date to update the 6th cycle, and next steps, at which time and place interested persons may appear and be heard.
