Caregiver University Conference: Transitions in Caregiving

Navigating life’s transitions as a caregiver? You’re not alone. Discover not only essential skills and practical knowledge, but also find emotional support and understanding at the Caregiver University Conference. Connect with fellow caregivers, share your experiences, and feel seen and welcomed. Get inspired at the conference on April 18th, 2026, in Hollister, California.
Registration begins at 9 AM, and the first 50 attendees to arrive will receive the exclusive 2026 Caregiver University Conference T-Shirt. The program will go from 10 AM to 3 PM. The day will kick off with a keynote address by Joy Smith, RN, from Papillon Center for Loss & Transition and Coastal Kids Home Care, setting the stage for an inspiring day. Following the keynote, attendees can participate in breakout sessions tailored to their interests and needs, including advanced health care planning, first aid basics, and yoga. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided to keep everyone energized. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly options will be offered to accommodate different dietary needs.
This event is free for all attendees, and you do not need to be a participant of the Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center. However, for those looking to enhance their experience, we offer a VIP ticket for a $100 donation. As a VIP, you will become a Friend of Caregiver University, enjoy priority access during registration, and receive an exclusive Caregiver University Conference 2026 T-Shirt, along with a special lanyard to signify your status.
