Children’s Nutrition & Charcuterie Class

The class will be taught by Samantha Rodriguez, who holds a degree in nutrition and food science. The ticket price is $25.00 and the class size is limited to 12 at 4+ years of age. Each child who attends, must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult. The children will learn about healthy snacks, and then get to play with their food by making a child charcuterie plate. The ticket price includes a take-home activity, an animal plate of their choice, and the foods used for the event. This event will start on time. Children will be tasting healthy snacks while they are learning about them. Will include grains, veggies, nuts, and dairy.
