Judicial Mentorship Program Event

Please join us for the second annual Bay Area Judicial Mentor Program presentation, featuring panelists who will discuss both the judicial appointment process and the California Judicial Mentor Program, a collaboration between the executive and judicial branches of the State of California. The Zoom kickoff of our Bay Area collaboration takes place on October 18, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
The Bay Area Judicial Mentor Program continues to assist in the recruitment and development of a pool of qualified, inclusive, and diverse judicial applicants. The program seeks to improve transparency and accessibility for all members of the legal community who are interested in serving on the superior court or the Court of Appeals.
We are reaching out to local, affinity, and specialty bar associations, nonprofit legal organizations, government lawyers, law firms, and solo practitioners to identify and encourage promising judicial candidates to apply for appointment.
