Join us for a FREE community Open House to explore a one-of-a-kind inclusive movement program designed for children, teens, and adults of all abilities. Whether you are a family member, caregiver, educator, Regional Center participant, or simply want to learn more, everyone is welcome.

About Moves Made 4 Me

Moves Made 4 Me™ is JMM Dance Co.’s signature adaptive movement program that combines dance, fitness, sensory integration, and social-emotional learning in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Our classes help participants develop:

Gross and fine motor skills
Balance and coordination
Body awareness
Strength and flexibility
Confidence and independence
Emotional regulation
Social interaction and communication
Healthy lifestyle habits

Programs are available for children, teens, and adults with varying support needs and are designed to meet participants where they are while celebrating every achievement.

Ongoing Weekly Classes

Weekly adaptive movement classes are offered following the Open House.

Ages 2.5–5
Ages 6–10
Ages 11–17
Adults 18+

Regional Center funding accepted.

Scholarships available for qualifying families.
