Please join the Gavilan Employer Advisory Council, in partnership with EDD, to discuss Payroll and California Regulations to ensure that your organization complies with current laws and avoids potential penalties and liabilities. This topic will include:
- Exempt vs. non-exempt employees, minimum wage, overtime, meals and rest breaks
- The rules for timely wage payment during, and at end of, employment
- What must be included on every paystub
