San Benito County Office of Education STEAM Expo 2025

The annual San Benito County Office of Education STEAM Expo will be held on Thursday, March 13, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Veteran’s Memorial Building (649 San Benito Street) in Downtown Hollister.
The SBCOE STEAM Expo is an exciting event that combines the thrill of a science fair with interactive, hands-on learning for all ages. Families can explore a wide range of activities, from engaging science experiments to creative play stations, all designed to spark curiosity and inspire learning in science, technology, engineering, art, and
mathematics. Attendees will also receive a student gift bag filled with free STEAM kits and fun surprises. This family-friendly event offers something for everyone, making it the perfect night for both learning and play!
The STEAM Expo is open to all students across San Benito County, including:
Public Schools
Private Schools
Homeschools
Students of all grade levels are invited to present their projects and demonstrations in the following categories:
Demonstrations: Show how something works in a captivating way!
Experiments: Engage your peers with hands-on science!

Math Projects: Explore the world of mathematics through creative presentations!
Art Projects: Express your creativity and artistic skills!

All participants are eligible for various awards, with special recognition for traditional science fair projects that qualify for the California State competition.
