Santa Cruz 1 Dementia Family Caregiver Support Group – MEETING BY ZOOM AND TELEPHONE

If a family member has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia, a caregiver support group can offer you an opportunity to find out more about available community resources, learn from others going through similar experiences, and build a support system. Our facilitated support group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, free of charge. We will now be meeting via zoom or telephone until further notice.
