Tai Chi – Qigong

Qigong (“chee gung”) develops the basic elements of Tai Chi, but is less challenging to learn and practice.  Gentle mindful movement promotes overall health and wellbeing.  Classes offered Wednesdays at 10:30 -11:30 am, and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
