Veterans and Native Daughters to Sponsor Peak/Loyalty Day

Garratt Post #6359, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Ladies Auxiliary and San Juan Bautista Parlor No. 179 Native Daughters of the Golden West invites the community to celebrate Peak Day/Loyalty Day with an old fashioned picnic commencing at 11:00am on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Fremont Peak State Park.
The celebration will include a flag raising ceremony at noon, followed by a few patriotic speeches and games for the children. Free barbecued hamburgers, hot dogs and beverages will be served.
