Volunteer Information Night

Are you interested in volunteering at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital? Ever wondered what your duties may be as a volunteer or what your commitment might be? This is your chance to ask questions and receive reading materials in order to make an informed decision.

~~Requirements for volunteering at HHMH include:
• Minimum Age Requirement is 15 Years of Age
• Reference Check (3 non-familial references required)
• Management Approval of Application
• Health Screening (4-5 visit cycle)
• Service Area Coordinator Approval
• 6-Month Minimum Commitment, 8 Hours Minimum Per Month
• Dues to HHMH Auxiliary of $10 Per Year

~~Please be aware that we do not accept applications for court mandated community service hours
