Women’s Club of Hollister

Women’s Club of Hollister will hold their first meeting of the fall on Wednesday September 11th at San Juan Oaks restaurant from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All women of the county are invited to attend to hear the speaker, Beth Hyttinen, with Healthy Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) speak about the new government healthcare initiative that will go into effect soon. The buffet lunch is $17 and reservations must be made by Monday September 10th with Glenda at 831-265-7027. The club is a member the General Federation of Women’s Clubs and is celebrating its centennial year. Members volunteer time and talents throughout the community through many projects and are part of a statewide network of clubs.
