Qigong is basic elements of Tai Chi. It benefits strength, flexibility and balance.
Any age and fitness level welcome.
This class does not include martial moves.
It is a gentle form of exercise that is not focused on the self-defense aspects of tai chi. Qigong is easier to learn because there is less detail and structure to the art form.
Classes are held at Hollister Community Center, 300 West St. Hollister Ca. 95023
Cost for class is $8.00 per person.
Monday class goes from 9:45- 10:45
