The City of Hollister engineering offices will be moving from 420 Hill St. on Park Hill to 339 Fifth St. on Thursday, April 6.
The engineering offices will be located within a building constructed around 1908 as Hollister’s City Hall after a town hall was damaged by the 1906 earthquake.
Development Services Director Bryan Swanson said, “The relocation is part of an effort to improve customer service by consolidating city offices. The Building, Engineering, Planning, Economic Development and Successor Agency offices will all be in the same location. Our recently opened Finance Department and payment center is next door.”
