In honor of National Fire Prevention Day, the City of Hollister Fire Department held an open house at all three of its stations on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
Station tours were conducted, and there were activities, exhibits, hot dogs, popcorn and cotton candy available throughout the day. Station 1, located at 110 Fifth St. in Hollister, hosted a question-and-answer opportunity for people who had questions about local code enforcement.
All stations were be open to the public at the following locations:
Station 1: 110 Fifth St. in Hollister
Station 2: 1000 Union Rd. in Hollister
Station 3: 24 Polk St. in San Juan Bautista
