Saturday is Military Appreciation Day at the San Benito County Fair, when any current or former service members with military I.D. are admitted to the Bolado Park Fairgrounds at no charge,
The fair, which began Thursday, runs until 10 p.m. Saturday. Highlights of the day include the annual Junior Livestock Auction in the morning and the truck pulls at 4 p.m. Tickets for the pulls are available at the venue.
On Sunday, the fair will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for Community Appreciation Day.
The carnival is open from noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 7 p.m. Sunday.
